Obituary

Jimmy S. Hyde, age 77 of Ellenwood passed away on February 26, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Susan Hyde; sons, Jim (Joni) Hyde, Robert (Millie) Hyde, David Hyde; daughter, Laura Hyde; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sisters, Betty Burdette and Fay Eidson; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Mr. Hyde is the former owner of Pride Paints and was a member of Ocmulgee Blacksmith Guild. He was a faithful member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Horis A. Ward –Fairview Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Greg Howell officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery.
