That is fast becoming a thing of the past. Liability! Around here, the yards are just now building back "scrap" inventory after the big China push. For a while they were shipping out 6 tractor truck loads a day vs. 1 a week before. Now the price they are paying is back down, but what they charge is still up. Lose-lose.
