What's wrong with my newsletter? There are plenty of places in the newsletter where I ask for input from the members and suggestions as to what they would like to see in it. You know how many suggestions I have received? Zero. So, if the newsletter is not representing the 'useful' information that you so wish, it is of your own shortcoming.
