Facebook is a "social media" site. Largely it is a website for sharing stuff with people. You make your profile page which is where you share stuff and people can share stuff on it as well. Likewise, you can share stuff on other people's profiles.

No camera needed, though pictures can be used. Your messages do not have to be intelligent, most probably are not, haha, though they can be.

The messages can be received by anyone that you want to share them with, but by default I think anyone can see them.

You can ask questions. Most likely your "friends" on facebook will answer them. Whether your friends are intelligent or not might be left up to your discretion.
