Join the Ocmulgee Blacksmith Guild for the

21st Annual Terry Ellerbee Memorial Bladesmith Symposium

October 3rd 2015 at 8:30 am at the group campsite at Dausett Trails in Jackson , Ga

This years featured demonstrator is famous tomahawk maker Ryan Johnson of RMJ Tomahawks. Also demonstrating is William Sowell, American Bladesmith Society Mastersmith who will be demonstrating silver wire inlay.

Tandy Leather will be represented with leatherworking demos and tools and materials for sale.

Planned activities include: Morning coffee and donuts, main demonstrators until lunch (free)

Anvil shoot, show and tell (bring your knives to show and sell ), ABS journeyman smith cutting and bending test conducted by ABS Master William Sowell for member Wilson Fallaw, Iron in the Hat, and time permitting we will have a cutting contest.

Campers welcome. There are showers and developed tent sites as well as some covered platforms for camping. Ample area to bring your camper although there are no electrical, water and sewer hookups. We will be setting up and camping on site on Friday before the event.

That was the weekend it rained most of the time. I was going to go, but didn't because of the weather.
