Let me add my own take on this subject. Thomas pointed out a good one and I have found what I think is excellent as well. I go to Utube and type in ELCHSCHMIEDE. This is mainly German Language and I know enough to help, but German is not needed. The video technique is great and the process is obvious.

There are lots of videos. They are not all smithing, but a LARGE PART of them are. The variety is amazing, and he is adding to it constantly.

The videos on other subjects are just as interesting as the smithing ones.

My wife asks what I am upstairs watching for so long on the internet. She is suspicious. I'll never tell.
