The September meeting will be held at:

Corrina Sephora Mensoff's Shop
1200 Foster Street, Studio B11, Atlanta, GA 30018
Atlanta, GA 30018

Saturday, September 18th at 9:30 am.

The 'demonstration' will be a short course on Drawing for Blacksmiths (with a pencil) taught by comic book professional Brian Stelfreeze. Brian Stelfreeze has the distinction of painting over 50 consecutive Batman: Shadow Of The Bat covers. His other covers for DC, Marvel, and various other publishers are beyond the ability of most people to count.

Corrina will also be having a tool sale - downsizing some stuff in her shop. Members are welcome to bring items to tailgate as well - you just have to clean up after yourself and take what you buy (or don't sell).

DIRECTIONS:
From the south Take I-75 into Atlanta - Exit 250 - take 2nd left to 14th Street - Westbound
From the north Take I-75 into Atlanta - Exit 251/250 - take 2nd right to 14th Street - Westbound

Follow 14th Street 1.1 miles to Howell Mill Road

Turn RIGHT onto Howell Mill Road (there is a light and a building across the street with a business named 'Room & Board')

Take your next LEFT onto Huff Road (0.1 miles)

At the Stop sign (0.1 miles) turn LEFT onto Foster

Follow Foster for about 0.1 miles - Building is on the right just before the 'DEAD END' sign

Building 11 - Phoenix Metalworks

people can park in front (other side of the lot facing falling down brick building is best) of the studio, but not past the building by the big PORCH...
Also parking is available along foster st.

No lunch at this event - but I highly recommend Taqueria Del Sol just around the corner.
