<strong>The winners should notify the Secretary/Treasurer by the end of the November 2009 meeting regarding their intentions to use their scholarship award or the scholarship will be passed onto the first alternal.</strong><br />
<br />
These scholarships are reimbursement in nature, they are not awards of cash money. The recipient may notify the Secretary/ Treasurer of the dates of the class, the name and address of the school and request payment by presenting a receipt of payment, whereupon the Secretary/Treasurer will make payment in a timely fashion.<br />
Awards are for an amount of money and are not designated as &quot;full week&quot;, &quot;weekend&quot; or other stipulation. If the winner of a scholarship wishes to take numerous classes ABBA will reimburse up to the amount of the total award.]]></description>
