No camera needed, though pictures can be used. Your messages do not have to be intelligent, most probably are not, haha, though they can be.

The messages can be received by anyone that you want to share them with, but by default I think anyone can see them.

You can ask questions. Most likely your "friends" on facebook will answer them. I am now in the group and I think I can approve anyone that trys to join. Leave a message here if I I have over looked you and your request has been pending a while. I'd like to get that going again and keep it with current info.
