The scholarship awards for 2009 were delayed due to organizational challenges. Anyone who is interested and qualified under the rules should submit an application at the August 2009 meeting or before the close of the business portion of the September 2009 meeting. Drawing of eligible applications will take place after the September meeting with results announced at the October 2009 meeting. The required completion date for scholarships awarded for the 2009 year will be June 30, 2010.
