Philip Simmons Artist-Blacksmith Guild of South Carolina
The Philip Simmons Artist-Blacksmith Guild of South Carolina is organized exclusively for
educational purposes. Its objectives are to:
- Encourage and facilitate training for aspiring smiths
- Provide information about sources of material and equipment
- Expose the art of blacksmithing to the public
- Serve as a center of information about blacksmithing for architects, interior designers, other interested groups and the general public
Holds regular meetings six times a year in various parts of the state. The meetings are in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
